Who we are

Craft Grow LLC (“Craft Grow”, “we”) operates https://craftgrow.com. We can be reached at josh@craftgrow.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your company, the area of interest you select, and the message you write. We collect this only because you sent it to us.

Information collected automatically. We use analytics to understand which pages are read and how people arrive at the site. This produces aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referring source. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work.
• To keep a record of business correspondence.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form submission, and we do not send newsletters.

Where it goes

Contact submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, and the site is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Analytics are processed by Google Analytics. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; data may be processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while a business relationship is being discussed or is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email josh@craftgrow.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled Google Cloud services. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can read submissions and collect no more than we need.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
